This privacy policy aims to give you information on how e2e collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website when you access it using www.e2e-assure.com

e2e is the Controller and is therefore responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as e2e, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy). e2e is responsible for this website.

e2e comprises a number of legal entities. This privacy policy is issued on behalf of all the legal entities in the e2e Group so when we mention e2e, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to all the relevant companies in the e2e Group responsible for processing your data.

1. What we need and why we need it

We may collect the following types of personal data from you for the reasons stated below:

  1. Email address – we need this information in order to respond to your interest in our services or careers roles

  2. Name and Surname – we need this information in order to personalise the response to you

  3. Job title – We need this to determine your position within the Company and to ensure we communicate with the relevant people, and also to tailor communications to make them more relevant

  4. Company Name – We need this to check if you are an existing customer, tailor or communications and to ensuring we are engaging with the right organisation

  5. Phone Number – we need this information in order to respond to your interest in our services or careers roles

  6. Postal address – we need this information in order to bill current customers and/or arrange visits as appropriate

  7. CV/Resume – We need this to determine if you would be a good candidate for e2e group

2. What we do with it

Your personal data is processed in e2e group headquarters located in the United Kingdom, Salesforce located in the United Kingdom and Salesforce Pardot Engine located in the USA, our website statistics data is stored in Ireland, further details can be found below, Hosting and storage of your data takes place in the United Kingdom it is also accessed by Salesforce Pardot engine, which is hosted in the USA.

e2e-assure use Salesforce which securely stores customer data, including that of interested and opted-in organisations who may not yet be customers. Whilst most of this data is stored in the UK, some is also accessed and stored by their Pardot engine, which is hosted in the USA, and does not contain GDPR sensitive information.

For careers roles we will need you to submit your CV, A successful job application will be stored securely in our organisation and as part of the process we will need to share this data internally with the relevant department heads. Your application will be stored along with personnel records for the duration of your employment. If your application is not successful, the data(CV) will be deleted immediately.

e2e group is a controller of the personal data you (data subject) provide us. our website does not use cookies, we use A1WebStats (third party) to report the statistics on the usage of our website. Read the A1WebStats Privacy Policy.

This information is used to show e2e group how visitors interacted with our website.

The data that you provide by filling in forms on our website, e.g., for contact requests, or a publication. if you contact us, a record of that correspondence will be kept for no longer than is necessary. We use Salesforce Pardot engine (third Party) for lead management.

3. Networking and Conference Events

e2e group has an interest in attending both, networking events and conference events. At such events e2e group employees may be handed business cards of interested parties in our services, e2e group will use the data for marketing and sales purposes where legitimate interest has been indicated.

4. How long we keep it

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

We will retain the minimum amount of data required for us to supply you with relevant marketing content or in performance of a contract that we have entered into.

  6. Section 4 - Article 21 Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.

  7. Section 4 - Article 22 Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – you also have the right to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.

Section 8 – Article 79 Right to judicial review, you are authorised to bring a proceeding before a national court where e2e group (the controller) has an establishment, if you consider that your rights have been infringed as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data by e2e group (or any third-party organisation mentioned above where we have shared your personal data).
